Section 1:30-1.9 - Copies of documents; fees

(a) Any person may obtain copies of filed documents from the Division of Administrative Rules pursuant to the provisions of 47:1A-5.b.

(b) Original filed documents shall not be released from the custody of the Office of Administrative Law.
