Section 1:13A-10.1 - Discovery

(a) The consumer's application for dispute resolution, the required attachments and the manufacturer's response shall be provided as specified by N.J.A.C. 13:45A-26.1 0(b) and (f).

(b) No other discovery shall be permitted.
