Section 1:1-10.5 - Sanctions

By motion of a party or on his or her own motion, a judge may impose sanctions pursuant to 1:1-14.1 4 and 14.15 for failure to comply with the requirements of this subchapter. Before imposing sanctions, the judge shall provide an opportunity to be heard.
