Section We 701.02 - Applicability(a) We 700 shall apply to all installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of pumps for water supply wells, except as specified in (b), below.(b) We 700 shall not apply to pumps installed temporarily for the following purposes: (1) Obtaining water quality samples from wells;(2) Testing well yield; and(3) Developing well yield.N.H.
