Section We 501.02 - Ethical Practices(a) The professional practice of well drilling and pump installation shall require ethical conduct and professional responsibility as specified in (b) and (c) below.(b) A water well contractor or pump installer shall not engage in false or deceptive advertising, or make false, misleading or deceptive representations or claims in regard to the profession.(c) A water well contractor or pump installer shall provide competent service and maintain the standards of practice in the fields in which the licensee customarily engages and which the consumer has the right to expect.N.H.
