Section We 206.23 - Requests for Finding and Conclusions(a) Any party or party's representative may submit requests for findings of fact and conclusions of law, provided that, such requests are submitted before the close of the record.(b) In any case where proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law are submitted, the decision shall include rulings on the proposal(s).
