Section Vet 901.03 - Medical Records of Dental Procedures(a) The following information shall be included in the dental chart or medical record described in Vet 701.01(b)(19): (1) A complete description of all dental, oral, or other disease present during the examination;(2) A complete description of all abnormal findings; and(3) Documentation of communication with the client with regards to any dental disease or abnormal dental findings.N.H.
