Section Vet 205.05 - Effect of Declaratory Rulings

A declaratory ruling shall apply only to the board and to the person requesting it and shall be confined to the facts presented pursuant to Vet 205.02(a)(2) - (a) (3) and in response to a request of the board made pursuant to Vet 205.03(b).
