Section Ve-H 306.02 - Role of the Home in Cases of Disagreements Relating to Admission, Residency, or Treatment(a) The home shall follow the directions of the legal representative of an applicant for admission or a resident regarding admission, residency, and treatment, provided that the legal representative has the authority to issue the directions.(b) The home shall not mediate disagreements relating to admission, residency, or treatment when there are such disagreements among an applicant's or resident's family members, friends, or other interested parties.N.H.
