Section Tre 218.01 - Requests(a) Any person may request, within 30 days from final adoption, an explanation of a rule.(b) The explanation shall include:(1) The reasons offered by the public for and against the adoption of the rule in question; and(2) Treasury's reasons for overruling any public comments and testimony against the adoption of the rule.N.H.
