Section Tre 207.03 - Notice of HearingA notice of a hearing issued by the treasury shall contain the information required by RSA 541-A:31,III, namely:
(a) A statement of the time, place and nature of any hearing;(b) A statement of the legal authority under which a hearing is to be held;(c) A reference to the particular statutes and rules involved including this chapter;(d) A short and plain statement of the issues presented; and(e) A statement that each party has the right to have an attorney represent them at their own expense.N.H.
