Section Tra 601.04 - Restrictions on Outdoor Advertising Devices(a)Pursuant to RSA 236:72, no advertising device other than on-premise signs, directional signs, informational signs, or political signs, as described in RSA 236:73, III, IV, and V shall be erected or maintained in a federal highway or turnpike adjacent area without a permit issued by the commissioner of transportation.(b) Pursuant to RSA 236:88 and RSA 236:88-a, no advertising device may be placed in the right of way of a Class I, II, or III highway without a permit issued by the commissioner of transportation.N.H.
