Section Tra 202.28 - Record(a) A record of the adjudicative hearing shall be kept by tape recording or other method that will provide a verbatim record.(b) Copies of the recording shall be provided to any person upon request and payment of the costs of the tape(s) and staff time to make the copy, or of staff time only if enough blank tapes to copy the hearing tape(s) are submitted with the request.(c) If any person desires a transcript of the hearing tape(s), the department shall prepare or cause to be prepared a transcript provided the cost of the transcription is paid in advance by the person(s) requesting the transcript.(d) The record shall be retained in accordance with RSA 541-A:30-a,VII.N.H.
