Section Tra 202.06 - Computation of Time(a) Unless otherwise specified, all time periods referenced in these rules shall be calendar days.(b) Computation of any period of time referred to in these rules shall begin with the first day following the day on which the act which initiates such period of time occurs, and shall include the last day of the period so computed.(c) If the last day of the period so computed falls on a Saturday, Sunday or state legal holiday, then the time period shall be extended to include the first business day following the Saturday, Sunday or state legal holiday.(d) All orders, decisions, notices, or other written correspondence or documents issued by or at the direction of the department shall be deemed to have been issued on the date noted on the document.N.H.
