Section Spe 601.01 - Scope

Pursuant to RSA 326-F:2, I(b) Spe 600 shall apply to individuals seeking certification as speech-language assistants by the governing board of speech-language pathologists and also to speech-language assistants certified by the board, but not to individuals who are employed by the public schools of New Hampshire or individuals who are employed by schools approved by the department of education.
