Section Spe 405.16 - Teaching a Course Related to Speech-Language Pathology(a) The board shall recognize as maintenance of continuing competence teaching a college or university course: (1) Related to: a. Speech-language pathology theory or practice or both;b. Communication disorders; orc. Any conditions for which the services of a speech-language pathologist are often or usually recommended; and(2) Taught:a. On site at a college or university;c. By a combination of a. and b.(b) The board shall credit the licensee with 2 hours for each clock hour of teaching, to a maximum of 8 hours per renewal cycle, provided that, if the licensee teaches the same course more than once, the board shall credit the licensee for only a single course.(c) Documentation of teaching a course described in (a) above shall be: (1) A photocopy of the course description in the college or university catalog; or(2) A photocopy of the course syllabus.N.H.
