Section Soil 404.01 - Renewal Requirements(a) Each certified wetland or soil scientist shall obtain at least 24 hours of continuing education hours each biennium as a condition of biennial license renewal.(b) All 24 continuing education hours shall be taken during the biennium preceding the applicant's expiration date.(c) A renewal application shall not be accepted for filing unless the applicant indicates on the renewal application, and under penalty of unsworn falsification, that they have completed the minimum required hours of approved education required by Soil 404.01 (a).(d) New certified wetland or soil scientists shall obtain 12 continuing education hours for their first biennial renewal period.N.H.
