N.H. Admin. Code § Soil 304.02
Biennially, the OPLC shall issue a certification card, numbered to correspond with the soil scientist's or wetland scientist's assigned number, to each certified soil scientist or wetland scientist upon receipt of the biennial renewal fee and acceptance of renewal application. The card shall certify that the soil scientist or wetland scientist holds a certificate in good standing and is authorized to practice soil science scientist or wetland scientist to the date of expiration as shown on the card. No card shall be issued to an apprentice soil scientist or apprentice wetland scientist.
