Section Site 202.17 - Continuances(a) The applicant or any other party may make an oral or written motion at hearing that the hearing be continued to a later date or time, stating good cause for such requested continuance.(b) A motion for continuance shall be granted if the presiding officer or any hearing officer designated by the presiding officer determines that the proposed continuance will promote the orderly and efficient conduct of the proceeding and assist in resolving the case fairly.(c) If the later date, time and place are known when the hearing is continued, the information shall be stated on the record.(d) If the later date, time and place are not known when the hearing is continued, the presiding officer or the designated hearing officer, as applicable, shall issue a written scheduling order stating the date, time and place of the continued hearing.N.H.
