Section Site 202.03 - Withdrawal of Committee or Subcommittee Member(a) Upon his or her own initiative, or upon the motion of any party, a member of the committee or any subcommittee shall, for good cause, withdraw from a proceeding to consider an application or petition.(b) Good cause shall exist if a committee or subcommittee member has: (1) A direct interest in the outcome of the proceeding, including, but not limited to, a financial or family relationship within the third degree of relationships, with any party or representative;(2) Made statements or engaged in behavior which a reasonable person would believe indicates that he or she has prejudged the facts of the case; or(3) Personally believes he or she cannot fairly judge the facts of the case.(c) Mere knowledge of the issues, the parties, counsel, consultants, representatives or any witness shall not constitute good cause for withdrawal.N.H.
