Section Site 102.50 - Significant wildlife species"Significant wildlife species" means:
(a) Any species listed as threatened or endangered, or which is a candidate for such listing, by the United States fish and wildlife service; or(b) Any species listed as threatened, endangered, or of special concern by the New Hampshire department of fish and game.N.H. Admin. Code § Site 102.50
