Section Sep 701.03 - Approval Procedures Any individual or organizational entity seeking approval from the board to provide pre-licensing education and fieldwork programs shall submit:
(a) A "Septic System Evaluator Training Program Application", effective 2/2019; and(b) A general outline of the education and fieldwork programs, including but not limited to: (1) The total number of hours; (2) The expected course outcomes;(5) Minimum requirements of Sep. 603 and Sep.701.02; (6) Information and basic knowledge on proprietary systems; and(7) Credentials of the instructor(s).N.H.
