Section Saf-Mec 604.03 - Procedure for the Imposition of SanctionsOther than the immediate suspension of licensure authorized by RSA 541-A:30, III, the board shall impose disciplinary sanctions only:
(a) After prior notice to the licensee or certificate holder and the opportunity for him or her to be heard; or(b) By agreement in a settlement between the board and the licensee or certificate holder made pursuant to Saf-Mec 200.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-Mec 604.03
