Section Saf-Mec 307.03 - Required Supporting Materials

Business applicants for licensure shall provide the following documents supporting their applications:

(a) Proof of good standing with the secretary of state;

(b) Poof of liability insurance; and

(c) A List of all current licensed employees that includes:

(1) Full name as listed on their license; and

(2) N.H. license number.
