Section Saf-Mec 307.01 - Application Form to be Used by Mechanical Business Entities, Mechanical Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, and Partnerships
(a) Mechanical business entities, mechanical corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships shall apply for licensure on the "Business Entity Application for Initial Licensure and Renewal" revised 8/2023 and provided by the board.
