Section Saf-Mec 303.10 - Gas Fitting Exception for Licensed Electricians
(a) The gas fitting license requirements of this chapter shall not apply to any person licensed under RSA 319-C when performing work governed by their license on gas appliances.
(b) This exemption is specifically limited to the operation of the appliance service gas shut off valve.
