Section Saf-Mec 302.13 - Fuel Gas Fitting Reduction of Relevant Field Experience Hours(a) An individual seeking licensure as a fuel gas fitter and submitting hours of relevant field experience, obtained within 60 months prior to submission, as set forth in RSA 153:28, I(a)(1)-(4) and (6) shall: (1) Not be eligible for any licensing exam without first completing the minimum hours of formal education program for each fuel gas fitting licensing endorsement applied for;(2) Submit the hours of relevant field experience on a sworn affidavit, which shall be approved by the board prior to licensure; and(3) Have the proof of hours of relevant field experience verified by the employer of the applicant which bears the signature of the employer or responsible managing employees signature attesting to the hours of service applied for; and(b) The board shall not grant hours of relevant field experience to any applicant who has performed any function in violation of the licensing requirements of RSA 153:27 through RSA 153:38 and this chapter.N.H.
