Section Saf-Mec 302.05 - Mandatory Business Entity License All business entities, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, sole proprietors, and limited liability partnerships performing fuel gas fitting or plumbing in NH shall be licensed pursuant to these rules and be either:
(a) Registered with the New Hampshire secretary of state's office; or(b) If a foreign business entity, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or limited liability partnership performing fuel gas fitting or plumbing in NH, registered with the secretary of state as a foreign business entity doing business in the State of New Hampshire.N.H.
