Section Saf-Mec 301.04 - Primary dwelling shall

"Primary dwelling" shall mean an existing single-family, stand-alone structure, owned, and occupied by a person or persons and such structure is used as the individual's primary residence, and not a rental, income, vacation home, transient residence, hotel, or motel.
