Section Saf-Mec 216.02 - Documents Required to Support Requests for Declaratory Rulings(a) A request for a declaratory ruling shall be accompanied by: (1) A statement citing the statutory law, regulatory law and orders believed to support the ruling being requested;(2) A statement of the facts believed to support the ruling being requested; and(3) Supplementary material necessary to establish or clarify the facts set forth in the statement of facts.(b) A request for a declaratory ruling may be accompanied by additional material chosen by the person making the request.N.H.
