Section Saf-C 9405.02 - Change in Ownership of Business(a) Pursuant to RSA 106-B:30, in the event the tow business ownership changes, the tow business shall submit a new application pursuant to Saf-C 9404 and receive approval prior to the effective date of the change of ownership.
