Section Saf-C 9002.11 - Certification of breath test operator

"Certification of breath test operator" means a 12-month period in which a law enforcement officer, who meets the requirements of Saf-C 9004.02, is authorized to conduct an analysis of a person's breath for the purposes of determining its alcohol concentration.
