Section Saf-C 8011.02 - Complaints(a) Upon receipt of a complaint or information that alleges a license holder has committed fraud or misconduct, the commissioner shall review the complaint to determine whether the license holder has acted contrary to statutes or administrative rules.(b) If the commissioner determines that a basis exists for administrative action, the bureau of hearings shall schedule a hearing and issue a notice thereof, in accordance with these rules and Saf-C 200.N.H.
