Section Saf-C 7603.01 - NIMS

The "National Incident Management System" (NIMS), Third Edition, October 2017, developed, reviewed, and updated by the federal emergency management agency (FEMA) and used by other states and federal agencies shall be the incident command system used in New Hampshire.
