Section Saf-C 7007.07 - Evidence of Payment Elsewhere

All local exchange telecommunication service providers, other telecommunication service providers, and sellers of prepaid commercial mobile radio service shall be liable for the surcharge unless they can prove to the bureau that a surcharge has been paid to another state.
