Section Saf-C 6907.01 - License Fees

(a) A following license fees shall be charged by the department:

(1) $200 for a new license, which shall include the competency test and the background investigation;

(2) $100 for each of the following endorsements:

a. Pyrotechnic effects before a proximate audience;

b. Flame effects; or

c. Special effects;

(3) $200 for an apprentice license, which shall include the background investigation. This fee shall be applied to a new license application, if the apprentice license is valid;

(4) $100 for each renewal license; and

(5) $100 for each of the following renewal endorsements:

a. Pyrotechnic effects before a proximate audience;

b. Flame effects; or

c. Special effects.
