Section Saf-C 6605.06 - Suspending Permit(a) Pursuant to RSA 541-A:30,III, if an applicant whose permit was granted is in violation of any applicable federal and state laws, rules or regulations, the department shall immediately suspend the permit.(b) Pursuant to (a) above, applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations shall include Saf-C 600, Saf-C 900, 49 CFR 170 - 189, 381-382, 390 - 397 and 10 CFR 71 -73.N.H.
