Section Saf-C 6509.01 - Ignition Interlock Program Extension Violations It shall be a violation for a user subject to an ignition interlock order to engage in the following, which shall result in the extension of the ignition interlock order pursuant to Saf-C 6512.05(a):
(a) Operating a vehicle not equipped with an enhanced technology ignition interlock device;(b) Tampering with the device in any way, including but not limited to any act that prevents the camera from capturing a clear and visible photo that identifies the operator;(c) Operating any vehicle when the device has been circumvented or tampered with;(d) Attempting to start a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of greater than .025;(e) Failing to take a retest; or(f) Taking a retest with an alcohol concentration greater than .025.N.H.
