Section Saf-C 6503.03 - Approval of Interlock Service Provider(a) Any approval of an interlock service provider shall be for a 2-year period, unless otherwise suspended or revoked to provide interlock service in the State of New Hampshire for failure to comply with rules or law.(b) An applicant who has been denied approval shall be provided an opportunity for an administrative hearing in accordance with Saf-C 203.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 6503.03
