Section Saf-C 6209.01 - Waiver of Fees(a) Upon written request, the commissioner shall waive fees charged to a governmental entity or non-profit organization for good cause, consisting of the following: (1) The fees requested to be waived shall consist only of fees charged for utilization of the fire academy facility;(2) The governmental entity or non-profit organization shall request to utilize the fire academy facility during normal business hours at a time when the facility is available; and(3) The governmental entity or non-profit organization shall not have had fire academy facility utilization fees waived in the previous 6 months.(b) The governmental entity or non-profit organization shall be notified in writing whether the requested fee waiver has been granted, and if the request is denied, the commissioner's decision shall be final.N.H.
