Section Saf-C 6105.05 - Fees

(a) Pursuant to RSA 270-D:17, III, the total of all fees that a person is required to pay pursuant to these rules, shall not exceed $50.00.

(b) Agents of the department offering the safe boater education course shall not charge more than $40.00 per student.

(c) The department shall charge $30.00 to each student for the safe boater education course administered by the division.
