Section Saf-C 6103.01 - Approved Boat Safety Education Courses Providers

(a) The following organizations offer boat safety courses which shall be acceptable for the purposes of RSA 270-D:13, I(a):

(1) The department;

(2) Coast Guard Auxiliary;

(3) United States Power Squadron, (U.S.P.S.); and

(4) Individuals or private organizations approved in accordance with Saf-C 6103.02.
