Section Saf-C 6011.03 - Felony Conviction of an Officer or Owner of a Private Firefighting Unit

No person who has been convicted of a felony shall serve as an officer of a private firefighting unit or hold any ownership interest of 10 percent or more in a private firefighting unit.
