Section Saf-C 5903.01 - Types of Unit Licenses(a) A unit license shall be issued as a transport unit or non-transport unit.(b) "Transport unit" means an EMS service capable of transporting patients to a hospital or facility in an EMS vehicle; or(c) "Non-transport unit" means an EMS service which has no capability of transporting patients to a hospital or facility in an EMS vehicle.N.H.
