Section Saf-C 5902.09 - Requests for EMSIR Data(a) All requests for aggregated or specific, multi-service EMSIR data for research or quality management purposes shall be submitted, in writing, to the division, in accordance with the requirements of RSA 21-P:12-b (g), II.(b) All requests for a specific patient care report by authorized law enforcement agencies investigating criminal activity relating to a patient care incident shall obtain EMSIR data through a court order, subpoena, or other legal method, directly from the EMS service(s) that responded to the EMS incident for the record being requested for the investigation.N.H.
