Section Saf-C 5802.10 - Emissions or exhaust emissions

"Emissions" or "exhaust emissions" means any substances, including liquids and solids, emitted in the gaseous stream released into the atmosphere from any opening downstream from the exhaust ports of a motor vehicle engine.
