Section Saf-C 5701.11 - Law enforcement personnel"Law enforcement personnel" means:
(a) A sheriff or deputy sheriff of any county, a state police officer, a constable or police officer of any city or town, an official or employee of any jail or corrections institution, a conservation officer, or probation or parole officer; or(b) An individual authorized by the commissioner to access records as part of information system design, testing, implementation, or other related information system uses, pursuant to a contractual relationship with the department.N.H.
