Section Saf-C 5701.01 - Administration of criminal justice

"Administration of criminal justice" means the performance of detection, apprehension, detention, pre-trial release, post-trial release, prosecution, adjudication, correctional supervision, rehabilitation of accused persons or criminal offenders, criminal identification activities and the collection, storage, and dissemination of criminal history record information.
