Section Saf-C 5607.02 - Processing Opt-Out(a) Applicants for an opt out shall return form DSMV 506 to the Department of Safety, Division of Motor Vehicle, Attn: Assistant Director, 23 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH, 03305.(b) The Department shall process opt out forms within 40 days of receipt.(c) All opt out applications shall be confidential.N.H.
