Section Saf-C 5606.04 - Unauthorized Use of Personal Information(a) Pursuant to RSA 263:12, X, no person shall scan, record, retain, or store, in any electronic form or format, personal information obtained from any license, unless authorized by the department.(b) Pursuant to RSA 263:12, anyone who knowingly violates (b) above shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. In addition, a person may be subject to penalties as set forth in RSA 260:14.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 5606.04
